Architectural 3D renderings of the future municipal child day care center promoted by the Education Consortium of Barcelona and that is being built in the former textile factory compound Fabra i Coats, located in the district of Sant Andreu in Barcelona.
The project developed by the architects Noemí Bañeres, Javier Cristobal, Cristina Navas and Zaida Perez proposes the rehabilitation of the buildings in order to reuse the space without sacrificing the industrial character of the architecture of the building.
