The commission of the exterior and interior architectural visualization by the firm Studio MD has as objective to provide the real state developed company a number of attractive images to attract potential buyers or investors.

The house is located in one of the most exclusive and luxury areas of Los Angeles. A privileged location which offers breathtaking views of the city.

From the beginning the project had a high degree of definition in order to make easier all the process. Once images were decided we started to work on the definitive and final images.

The residence is generated on the basis of a longitudinal volume. There is a rupture with the linearity to adjust to the shape of the plot and to make us of the fantastic views. The horizontal alignment of the building searches a panoramic effect. The spaces flow from the interior to the exterior areas where the terraces are the real protagonists. There si a succession of levels from the infinity pool platform to the underside garden pleasant viewpoint.

The interior spaces have a open room trends in a way contrary to traditional distributions of small spaces. The entrance is hailed for its attractive cross view enabling a direct visual communication between the two opposite facades.

The interior and exterior furniture and the landscaping has been carried out following the criterion of our customer with a modern, elegant and practical tendence.

Thanks to a good synergy between our customer and us the images were fueled by new contributions and suggestions from both sides. The final result of all the process has been highly satisfactory for the client.
