Architectural visualisation building in Poblenou

Property developments have become revive on the Spanish market. Communication is a key aspect to connect with stakeholders and approach the project to each of the interested parties.

The architectural visualisation is a really effective tool to achieve a good communication. Visualize the future housing from the architectural visualisation helps any person outside the architectural world to understand the project.

In this occasion, the real estate company Engel & Völkers was in charge for marketing a new real estate property in Barcelona designed by two studies of architecture, OAB Carlos Ferrater and the architect Alberto Peñín. The new housing building is developed in the neighborhood of the Poble Nou, an industrial neighborhood that is is in a full process of conversion.

The commissioned included seven architectural visualisations that showed one of the homes included in this property development of 12 new homes. This is a family development located in a quiet, semi-pedestrian neighborhood.

Once selected the housing which will be shown, several frames with the stays proposed were launched. In this project we also take care of the interior design. We chose the furniture, the textile and the elements decorative that gave life to the architectural visualisations.

With the approval of the client, we tested different illuminations until find the one that best highlighted the qualities of the spaces. Finally, we chose a daytime lighting to feel the advantages of outdoor spaces, so important in the architectural project.

Upon acceptance of the first phase, the architectural visualisations were launched in high resolution and we step to the post-production phase. Whites were balanced, the colors adjusted, lighting and several tweaks which were able to bring the realism sought to the architectural visualizations.
