The real estate company Taylor Wimpey contacted us for the production of several 3D architectural visualization of the new development in Santa Ponsa, Mallorca.
This new housing development is located in a design stage and will be known as Serenity. It consists of seven buildings surrounded by wide garden areas and swimming pool for the use and enjoyment of the residents.
Taylor Wimpey requested five interior architectural visualization showing the main rooms of the dwellings, four exterior 3D rendering presenting the common spaces and, finally, two aerial views that place the development in the area and referenced it with the most recognizable landmarks like the Port Adriano.
The privileged location of the promotion in Mallorca forced us to perform a daytime lighting of the 3D architectural visualization. It should highlight the contrast of a blue cloudless sky with the green of the garden areas and the blue of the swimming pools.
As for the interior architectural visualization we presented to the client a moodboard collecting some reference images of several projects type. Taylor Wimpey chose the one that best fit the style of potential buyers. A way of making them feel at home and to want to live there.
The 3D rendering is a visual way to approach potential buyers to their future homes. It is easy to understand the project without having to interpret all the technical documentation generated. Also display a few attractive and well decorated spaces will help potential buyers opt to buy.
The desire of the real estate company Taylor Wimpey is to start immediately the commercialization of the dwellings on plane. These architectural visualization will be used in this marketing campaign as sale images and will be included on the development website as well as in the commercial brochure.
