Video dwellings in Madrid

Real estate exhibitions are becoming increasingly important in our country. SIMA 2018, the real estate showroom in Madrid, has been a success and confirms the new boom of the real estate sector.

In this type of event, it is essential to attract the attention of the attendees. Through different tools, always of high quality, a beautiful and attractive material is achieved.

On this occasion, the company Acciona inmobiliaria contacted us requesting about 3D renderings and a video of their new housing development in the Centre of Madrid, Méndez Álvaro street. It is a building of 86 new dwellings with the seal of sustainable building BREEAM. The company wanted to show these visualisations in the SIMA exhibition.

The architectural firm Morph estudio is the designer of this building. They were awarded with the first prize of the contest launched by Acciona inmobiliaria. A building that stands out for its organic facade which will become the first vertical forest of Madrid.

The work was divided into two phases, in the first one we developed the renderings, and after finishing, we started working on the architectural video.

For fixed renders, several shots were made to show o the client. The marketing team of Acciona inmobiliaria selected the best frames to develop. The renderings were to highlight the most important aspects of the project.

After the 3D renderings, we started the architectural video. We made a first storyboard that explained the story to develop. Once accepted by the client, we began to place all the cameras.

Before starting the video montage, we looked for music that marks a gentle rhythm according to the type of home to promote. The music marked the length of the sequences to render.

Once assembled sequences with music, we turn to the post-production phase. A colour balance was made to balance the overall appearance of the video.
