This is a project of the Mexican office of architecture RGV- Architecture directed by the architect Rogelio Vallejo Bores who asked to develop external renders and 3d interior design of the house to show the project to the owners.
Develop a work with the customer on the other side of the Atlantic has been made possible by communication via e-mail and Whatsapp which has facilitated us to ask questions in real time through chat. The only slight downside was the jet lag, but the overlap of working hours between Mexico and Spain has been more than enough to achieve an intense and fluid communication.
The House is located in the vicinity of the residential area of Tres Marias, a place with excellent views and a clear environment in which nature has great prominence.
For these virtual images we have chosen to combine daytime and nighttime lighting because depending on the time of day the house shows very different aspects.
