Terrahill is our first project in Alsancak, North Cyprus. We created the branding, along with a complete set of renderings and a video for the development’s marketing material.
To create the property branding for these 24 beautiful Mediterranean homes, we were inspired by their location. The magnificent site between the imposing Cypriot mountains of Kyrenia and the turquoise, crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea is the basis of inspiration for the property branding.

In addition to the brand identity, we also created the renderings and a video for the development. This way the brand identity is present in all the graphic material, both in the renderings and in the video. All the material follows the same line.
The renderings showed the project’s most attractive spaces and, at the same time, the development’s relationship with the mountains and the sea, highlighting the mountains, the sea, and the private pool.
The video, with emotional music, includes a voice-over that transports us to Alsancak itself. The video shows us the development’s location and takes us into the common areas and the interior of the homes. The voice-over accompanies us through the mountains and the sea and invites us all to dance the ever-changing and elegant choreography that takes place between them.
