La Reserva de Aravaca is a housing development in Aravaca, Madrid. Built in the 1950s, it was a villa for American soldiers stationed in Madrid, following the concepts of the modern movement.
Rafael de la Hoz is the architectural firm in charge of rehabilitating these villas. The firm’s performance consists of maintaining the original design as much as possible.
We created renderings, the brand identity of the development, and brochures in which all the materials used to market the houses were agglutinated.
