This is Calablanca an upcoming development located in Sitges, Barcelona. We created a full marketing campaign, from the interior design concept to branding, editorial design, visualizations and a video.
Developed by AX Partners and designed by SgArq. These houses are designed under pasivhaus criteria and achieve high energy efficiency with a modern and functional design.
We produced these visualizations showing the most interesting corners of the houses. We looked for attractive points of view to conquer the prospective buyers.
For the video, we combined real footage with 3D. This allowed us to relate the development to the surrounding environment.
