We created some images and a video for a new villa located in the Lakeview neighborhood in Miami Beach, Florida.
The renowned real estate group, The Alexander Team, is looking to launch a new villa in the Miami ultra-luxury market. As it is a new construction villa, they need some renderings and a video to put it up for sale as soon as possible.
The commission included some renderings of the main rooms. It had to show the most outstanding features, such as its own pier, the swimming pool, the exterior gardens, and the interior spaces.
The video goes through these rooms worked in the renders. It accompanies us for a day in the villa; from dawn, practicing stand-up paddling until sunset in the Lakeview neighborhood.
The calm instrumental music of the video places us in this residential neighborhood of Miami Beach. It helps us convey that sense of tranquility that potential customers are looking for.
The architecture studio CMA design studio signs the architectural design of this villa. On the other hand, the interior design is carried out by the Tamara Feldman design studio. They were in charge of selecting the finishing materials, furniture, art and other decorative elements.
